Create an event listening solution for Lit Actions. This will allow developers to write Actions that are executed when a specified on (or off) chain event occurs.
Right now all Lit Actions are triggered by a user. We want to remove this reliance on 3rd-party actions and instead introduce condition-based automation.
Event-based triggers for PKPs will expand the underlying capabilities of core Lit infrastructure, providing developers with greater functionality and use cases.
