Create a method of account recovery for PKPs (see highlighted for reference) whereby wallet owners can designate other accounts as a means of recuperating lost assets or data in case of account lockout.
Most wallets today are backed up by seed phrase, standing as the only method of recovery for your private key. It is absolutely essential that this seed phrase it stored securely (and reliably) in order to recover your account when changing devices or moving across platforms. This has continued to create complex and frustrating experiences for end users, where lost, stolen, or misspelled seed phrases have contributed to [billions](https://beincrypto.com/seed-phrases-should-no-longer-be-the-industry-standard/#:~:text=Lost seed phrases have resulted,value at roughly %24140 billion.) of dollars of lost funds.
It will provide PKP wallet owners a means of recovering their assets and data in case they lose access to their previous method of authentication.
